Leo is a 7th degree black belt in karate and a former amateur kickboxer and will tell you it is one of the best ways to get in shape. He loves teaching and empowering people in a fun, healthy, positive atmosphere. You will learn the basics including: fighter’s stance, punches such as jab, cross, hook and uppercut, and a few basic kicks. This is not a “punch the air” cardio class, it will utilize boxing gloves and focus mitts. Ages 12 (if mom is also taking the class) and older are welcome and all fitness levels. The training area will be exclusive to your group.
